Hey Larry, I didn't hear back from you yesterday.

So basically, I’d like a 2 story but also open to 1 story if it has a nice architectural design, spacious 4 beds, 3-4 baths single family home measuring at least 3500 sqft. Ideally it should have a 3 car garage with a finished basement. It should be a ready to move in home that won’t require any renovations on it.

My budget is 900k-1.2m give or take. Yeah I wanted a somewhat central location.
