Thank you so much for your call. I really appreciated all the stuff that you took the time to teach me! So just a reminder of what we talked about: we would love to try to find a home that we could take our kids to so we want a lot of bedrooms and we loved the really huge kitchen dining area where you could also hang out with the big couch, etc., and we were all in the same place. Everybody loved the fire pits and the golf course view although we're not really golfers so that's not a priority. We just thought the view is beautiful. And we would definitely need to have. I think six bedrooms would be awesome. We don't need a lot of extra spaces like game rooms although everyone does love to watch movies so theater is pretty cool. And we are interested in either sharing this property with a very few amount of people so that we could bring our family down regularly or if we could possibly afford it outright owning our own, but whenever the house is not being used, we would love to have a rental management company that took care of all of the business side of that, including like the cleaning, etc. My name is Dawnita Hendricks and you can always text me at this phone number.
